Christians…is It A Sin To Tell Or Tolerate Religious Jokes?

is it mentioned in the bible that you are not allowed to tolerate/laugh at… religious jokes, take for example “family guy” many religious men made a big deal out of the portrayal of God and Jesus,doing weird…actions,so i wonder if the mockery of the religion is a sin that mentioned in the bible.
ps: i wrote christians instead of theists…because christians are the majority in here,feel free to express your thoughts and opinions

Look, by no means am I a “bible beater”- I haven’t been to church in years. But I just don’t get the humor in religious jokes/jabs/puns. Regardless if it’s The “Jesus is my homeboy shirts” or the Allah jokes I just don’t find them funny. A great example of what I’m talking about is South Park or Mind of Mencia. I tivo every episode. Their dark/crude/witty humor is hilarious. But again, I just don’t get the humor in religious jokes-regardless of what religion it may be. It’s just cheap and boring. What am I missing here?

On stumbleupon (google it if you don’t know) I stumble on to a lot of religious jokes, including christians picking on atheists and atheists picking on christians. I usually don’t find them funny simply because they aren’t, but both christians and atheists get offensive when a joke is said about their religion and they both go into very pretentiously defensive counter-arguments against an argument they created themselves.
So when you read or hear a joke that makes fun of your chosen beliefs, do you get offended or do you laugh it off?
Note: I’m not religious and don’t really know anything about atheism or christianity and I’m not gonna act like I do nor do I want to. I’m just curious as to whether you find those type of jokes offensive. Also, just to get the B.S. that I know someone’s gonna bring up out of the way, I’m not suggesting all christians/atheists are the same, I’m not for either side, I’m a neutral force, I know some believe atheism isn’t a religion it’s just a theory/philosophy/feeling/etc, I only call it a religion so I don’t have to type as much, yet again I’m not supportive of either side nor do I dislike either side, I generically respect both, so don’t get all pissy with me please.

I was at work today and a customer started telling this insulting religious joke. And, my religion happened to be the butt of that joke. He was telling it to the guy I work with but I was standing there when he started telling it. I walked away.

….usually after work me and my friends get and hang out together. some of my friends are of other religion such as islam, athiest and sometimes we make jokes about each others religion, we usually have fun and nobody gets mad wadsoveer.
i dont understand why do some ppl take such jokes seriously in the end its all about having fun, i bet god would like to joke once in a while wouldnt he?
