Do You Think Such Jokes Are Just Humorous Or Racist?

An irishman was walking home one night from the pub drunk as a skunk, and had the urge to let go of a mighty bog and did it by the side of the road. while scotting a 10 p coin fell off his pocket hole and fell on the lump of bog. He saw it but did not worry and walked home.
The next morning an englishman was walking down the road and saw the shiny coin on the smelly lump of sh it and tried to take it with a stick but saw another man coming his way and threw the stick and walked away.
That man was a Scotsman and when he spotted the coin he tried to scoop it with his finger and then saw another soul walking his way and he let go of the coin and walked away.
that man was a Greek and he saw the coin and scooped the coin with his tongue and put it in his pocket

Aren’t jokes supposed to be funny and/or have a punch line or something? This one just seems stupid.
It can’t be racist though, as all of the people mentioned are of the same ethnicity. At most, it’s an expression of tribalism (which of course is still a form of bigotry, but not racism).
I think people that get offended by jokes take life too seriously.
So they’re just humorous. ^^
